Making the appointment with his secretary was extremely easy and quick. Dealing with everything was very detailed as to what I needed to do and who I needed to pay. The day of surgery was also very, very easy. Dr. Medalie was amazing. Very nice. After the surgery, the recovery wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting and his Nurse, Mary, was equally amazing. Any question I had about my recovery, no matter when I emailed her she would email back within a few hours, a lot of times, even quicker. Since she's who I dealt with the most during recovery, I can't say enough about her. Overall, my results and experience with these people was great and I would highly recommend them.

Medalie is a very honest and informative Surgeron. Him and his staff are very warm and welcoming. They answer all question and concerns. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. Although we all have different body types and anatomy he adds his own unique touch to all his patients which makes his work stand amongst others. I had a peri areola mastectomy with Dr. MEDALIE in April of 2016. His staff made the process as simple as possible. I have been told a couple hundred times that my results are flawless and I am extremely happy with my chest today. Thank you Dr. MEDALIE & Staff.

Dr. Medalie was such an amazing surgeon. His office staff and medical team also went way beyond expectations. While I was in hospital he took his time and explained everything in detail to me. During my recovery he answered all the questions or concerns I had. He gave me his email so I could reach him at anytime. Even now a year later I still email him and I have a response one day later.
